Professional Competence
Transport Manager
To establish, continue or take over a professional road freight or passenger transport company, an applicant must meet certain conditions.
The company must meet the requirement of professional capacity. At least one natural person must effectively and permanently manage the company's transport activity and hold a valid certificate of professional capacity for national or international transport.
The certificate is issued to candidates who successfully pass the professional-capacity examination at RRTI.
Obtaining the required professional capacity is therefore part of the process of obtaining and maintaining a transport operating licence.
