The main publication represented by this section is the Preliminary Draft for the Reform of the Road Transport Sector and the Establishment of the Rwanda Road ecoTransport Institute (RRTI).

The research document combines road-transport analysis, professional-capacity research, proposed institutional reforms, training programmes and recommendations for the development of Rwanda's road transport sector.
