Rwanda Transport Sector Study

The study examines the professional capacity of driver candidates and entrepreneurs in Rwanda's road transport sector.

Its purpose is to understand the condition of professional capacity in Rwanda, compare it with developed-country models, particularly Belgium, and consider how elements of road transport reform could be adapted to the Great Lakes context.

The research also investigates whether the shortage of passenger transport services in Kigali is connected to the professional capacity of passenger and freight transport entrepreneurs.
